When you call our office you will get an automated attendant. If you need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, press 2. If you need prescription refills or you have questions for your physician or nurse, press 3. If you need bookkeeping in regards to your bill, press 4. If you need medical records or disability forms, press 5.
When you call you will be prompted to leave a message for your physician’s nurse. There is certain information we will need before we can process your request. Please leave your name, date of birth, phone number where you can be reached, pharmacy number if you are requesting a refill, and the reason for your call. They will return your call at the end of the day when they finish with clinic. Please leave only one message. Multiple messages will only further delay the response time. Refills will be called in within 24 hours. All refill requests after 3:30 will not be refilled until the following business day. NO narcotic prescriptions will be refilled on Friday, weekends, or holidays. No exceptions!
